Currently, this feature is not available. You can open the package only after making the full payment to the delivery executive for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can initiate a refund or replacement by contacting our customer care team for a hassle-free resolution.

What if the delivered product has minor fitting issues? Is there any option available?

As we operate exclusively online, we recommend consulting your local tailor for minor alterations. Please ensure you retain the original invoice for reference.

Why are certain sizes unavailable with Silver Mountain?

Our semi-stitched products come with extra margins, allowing flexibility to adjust sizes as per your requirement.

What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD orders?

COD allows you to pay for your purchase upon delivery. Simply place your order and make cash payment upon receipt. Not all locations have COD options; please check by entering your pin code at checkout.
